AUC's self-serve media team is made up of four pods, which consists of Media Directors, Media Managers, Media Planners, and Media Coordinators.

Pod Team Member Roles & Responsibilities

Media Director

Responsible for leading internal meetings and their designated pod

Point of escalation for their pods and clients

Support team with overall media strategy

Media Manager

Oversee the quality of campaign implementation and team deliverables

Liaison between shopper, account, and CPGs for their campaigns

Responsible for making sure all campaigns go live on time and that campaign requests are completed within our SLAs

Media Planner

Responsible for wallet/campaign setup and optimizations

Responsible for adding new users to the platform/specific teams

Responsible for data pulls and reporting needs to support media manager and media director

Media Coordinator

Responsible for pacing and hands-to-keys optimizations

Support media team with implementation of campaign strategy

Support with GDS updates
