All ADUSA retailers are run through the Epsilon Retail Media (formerly CitrusAd) platform with the exception of Food Lion. Majority of Food Lion stores must be managed through Quotient.

Business Rules

  • Campaigns must be exact match

  • Minimum bids for sponsored search must be at least $0.75

  • Onsite display campaigns must go through managed serve

Platform Capabilities & Limitations

  • Maximum of 500 search terms can be added per campaign (i.e. you can have up to 500 search terms for your soup campaign and up to 500 search terms for your crackers campaign)

  • A maximum of 250 products can be promoted per campaign (i.e. you can have up to 250 products in your soup campaign and up to 250 products in your crackers campaign)

  • Currently there is no way to batch edit campaigns directly within the Epsilon Retail Media platform

  • Epsilon Retail Media has mechanisms in place that keep your products from competing against one another in the same team, so you will not drive up your own CPCs. Only one product can show in a placement at any given time, but they will not compete at the bid level.
